My 1935 car is in fact a major restoration project.The original timber body frame has been restored and part assembled. A genuine 1937 2-litre AC 16/80 super sports engine is included, a new cylinder block will be needed, can be supplied from a local specialist AC parts source.. A frame has been set-up for the AC engine, and parts collected by another Nash enthusiast in Vic, to build up a fabulous Nash with shaft-drive HRGs upgrade from when they abandoned solid rear axles in 1935. I bought the Nash in 1968, a kiwi kleptomanic stole the chassis, but what we have now includes a vastly-better engine than the orful Blackburne, and the hi-ration drive will provide even better open-road performance than when the car achieved 5th place in the 1937 Limerick Grand Prix.
