Seller's Description
After spending 5 years and $80k (excluding purchase cost) to get the Imperial registered and back on the road, I now find myself having to sell it. Email me for detailed copies of receipted work carried out. I was fortunate to start with a car with no real rust issues, a sound engine and transmission and acceptable paint and chrome work. The interior has been completely redone (doors, roof lining, seats and carpets) in its original metallic silvery blue, the dash pad and steering wheel likewise re-done. Brakes, steering and suspension have been seen to along with a myriad of other minor and major components, eg it has a new fuel tank, radiator, etc. The driveshaft centre bearing still needs to be replaced. I have the bearing ready to be installed. One photo shows a close up of the standard drilled steel wheel exposed with a centre cap and chrome rim trim. Normally the drilled wheels are hidden beneath the original wheel trims which I have kept and are in excellent condition. The care has brand new 225x75x15 white wall tyres. I have some spare parts, including window glass. I had the air conditioning compressor, brackets, pipes, radiator etc removed from the car but they are complete and go with the sale of the car. The rear air conditioning unit has been left in place, see the trunk photo.
