Fabulous opportunity to own this incredibly beautiful Holden FB Sedan. With the combination of these original rare factory Nitro-cellulose (Duco) colours (Desert Glow / Corana Grey) together with the extremely early (FB-225-609) FB Sydney Bodied Brisbane build Car.
Being a one owner prior to a brief stay for a few months in the second owners garage, the car had been meticulously cared for, with some loving rejuvenation in factory style acrylic paint being applied to the exterior only. The body was carefully stripped to metal and was one of the cleanest, dent and rust free FB we had seen in thirty years. (Loads of photos available)
All the paint bar the outer skin is original and untouched in the boot and door jams. All rubbers are also factory. The entire chrome was expertly re-chromed end refitted..... Holden Letters on the bonnet will be the last to be attach this week. The engine was pulled down after sitting for twenty three years and re-lubed and de-coked. After careful reassemble the car fired up on the first turn of the key.
Still has the last registration sticker on the window. . As clean and original underneath as the car is on the exterior, still unpainted underneath, in incredible condition. The trim is about as good as they get. Factory & Mephisto & Chianti Red trim together with clean original red paint splash rubber floor mats.
The FB also has a very rare Nasco rear seat picnic shelve!
