What you see here for sale is a 1962 Dodge Custom 880 2 Door Hardtop Coupe - With 361 Big Block V8 Motor with Push Button Automatic Transmission, 8 3/4" Diff I brought this car in Tulelake California - Which is way up in Northern California It has been in Storage for over 50 Years - and is in amazing condition in the Body - It does have some Rust in the Boot Floor - but apparently they all did from the Factory - Whole New Boot Floors are available USA for about $660 US or its still very Repairable as it is not completely rotted out - but I am sure a Whole New Floor Pan would make the repair easier - note the Fuel Tank Underneath looks mint !! It Can be Registered in all States a Left hand Drive - I have the Import Approval Permit etc The Rest of Car is Pretty Clean including Floors - sure theres some Surface Rust - here and there and a few dents around the place but it is what it is All the Glass is Real Nice and Windows all go up and down etc - The Paint is even pretty decent and will a Fluff & a Buff will probably come up respectable - and the Stainless Mouldings and Chrome on the Bumpers is Bright and Shiney are Beautiful !!! I havent tried to start the Motor as it was missing the Carburettor, Fan & Radiator - but it Still Turns over fine - I am sure with a replacement of those parts and a change of Fluids and a Tuneup it will run again !!! The Interior is all there - but will need the usual stuff redoing - this car has been sitting for over 50 Years so be in no doubt is definitely a project car I put on a Set of Ford 15" Steel Wheels and Tyres in USA and being that they are Red I thought they kind of Suited it !!! The Last Pics shows a car I bought in years ago the same model Its getting impossible to find 1962 Mopars these days anywhere - Let alone a Real Rare Custom 880 - Will Make Great Family Cruiser / or Build yourself a Nascar Clone Racecar I managed to pick up a heap of parts in USA to get this car running again - I have a Brand New Brake Master Cylinder and Waterpump - and I got the following Good Used Parts - Including a Carburettor, Aircleaner, Fan, Alternator & Brackets, Radiator (could only find manual radiator) - these parts are sitting in USA and will include them in the price of car when they arrive This Car is on The Gold Coast Now - book your pre-purchase inspection before anyone else does !! I Strongly Recommend that if you are looking at buying a car on the Internet - that you take the time to go and Inspect it Prior to Bidding / Buying - Not Just My Car - I Mean every Car !!!
