The car was extensively raced on the West Coast at major historic race meetings from 1985 to 2010 and was lapping Laguna Seca at 1:46 in 2009 while fitted with its 1500cc 4-cylinder Ford engine. The engine was removed by the current owner for a freshen up but was never completed with other restorations taking priority, so is being sold lacking engine but with the twin 40 DCOE Webers. Car is fitted with a Ford close ratio 4-speed gearbox and 9-gallon fuel tank. This car would be suited for club events such as track days, hillclimbs, sprint and regulatory events.
