What you see here for sale is a Wimbleton White 1965 Ford Galaxie Custom 500 2 Door Sedan - This is a Factory C Code 289 V8 with 3 Speed Manual Toploader on the Column & 3.00 9" Diff and it Runs and Drives !! I bought this car in Klamath Falls Oregon - Which is Hot Dry Desert Country in Central Oregon not far away from California Border - the car came from California It was Sold New In Los Angeles and has always been Californian Car and has the Original Blue Plates to Prove it It is definitely a project car but well worth the effort !!! It Can be Registered in all States a Left hand Drive - I have the Import Approval Permit etc . It is a Californian Car and is Absolutely Rust Free - Yes its some Surface Rust (Patina) - but certainly no Rust Holes - and theres a a few dents and dings around the place but all in all pretty good straight Body - One of the Doors is damaged pretty good on the door skin - but its still very repairable - And I just bought a Mint Door in USA that will come with thee car when it arrives here in container will be a few weeks/months away All the Glass is in the Car all Windows Go up and Down Etc - I just put in a Good Used Windscreen in it today Its been sitting and not Registered for many years - The Original Motor was Locked up - but I had another real nice 289 Motor here so I just swapped Engines over and got it running and Driving Again I also had to remove the Brake Shoes before importing - But I put some some more Brakes on it so now so you can drive it on your Trailer or Transporter The Interior is going to some work Dash Instrument Cover is toast from the Sun (they sell the Repo in USA) and will need some Carpets, Hoodlining and some Upolstery Repair for sure but its all there and untouched !! It has 15" Steel Wheels with the Correct Dog Dish 65 Galaxie Hubcaps and Tyres are in good condition Its getting impossible to find 1965 Galaxies these days anywhere - Let alone a Rare 2 Door Post - Will Make Great Sunday Family Cruiser or Drag Racing Weapon !!!
