Up for sale is my 1966 Dodge Coronet 440 Hardtop Coupe. It is one of the rarer mopars here in Australia! It's running a worked 440ci Big Block ( aluminium edelbrock heads, dual quad edelbrock carburettors on a edelbrock intake manifold, Comp Thumpr cam, MSD electronic ignition and hookerheaders) The carburettors are set up on a progressive linkage so it's able to cruise nicely! It sounds mean & aressive! Drives great, Plenty of Torque and Punch! The transmission is 727 Torqueflite with a 2800rpm stall converter! B&M Ratchet Shifter with a HURST pistol grip handle to not take the mopar look away. The transmission just had the converter and pump seal replaced along with a service by a shop here on the Sunshine Coast. The paint presents great and was repainted in Brisbane a few years back professionally by a shop it receives many compliments! The vinyl roof was also fitted at the time of the respray by the same shop. Period Correct Flat black Bonnet with Mopar hood Scoop Completes the late 60's muscle car look! The diff is a 8 3/4 Lsd! It features the one year only 1966/1967 charger hideaway light grill which gives it a sleek more aggressive look. All chrome and stainless presents in very good condition! The interior is the original style and presents very well for its age. Aftermarket autometre gauges are fitted for more accuracy. Great tough cruiser that is great for weekend drives! Its sitting on Weld brand wheels with mickey thompson tyres! (A set of matching front runners with tyres are also included) There are only a few 66 coronets in Australia. It turns heads wherever it goes and stands out in the crowd at shows or on the hi-way. Drives very nice with power steering and disc brakes! A True Mopar Muscle Car! Driven Regularly!
