S Type 3.8, starts and runs, will drive but rear brake pads missing, this has the desirable 3.8 jaguar engine, it has an auto box and I obtained a 5 speed Getrag to replace that with. It has no rust in the car, just dust from storage for many years, last registered in 1987 with Victorian Reg No 8KL 441, it is automatic with power steering, trim as you can see is past repair, the front seats are reclining units. The 3.8 engine was going to be fitted to my 3.4 MK II but to many projects, it would a great base for a wide body E Type or the low drag E Type, but with such a good body it would be worth putting the late 3.6 injected engine in with the Getrag box and use the engine elsewhere, the new 3.8 blocks are available new x UK but the cost is approximately $16,000, so it is a Dilemma what to do with her and as I said its been dry stored for 35 years and starts on the button.
