The head is an oval port and has been port matched to the manifold. Wade 140 camshaft (1 step down from a full race spec) Bottom end was re built to standard form with a cleaned and honed block, new rings/bearings and timing chain. Electronic distributor. Electric fuel pump with an adjustable Holley regulator. Extractors 4-2-1 into a 2 1/4” with one muffler. Cleaned and serviced radiator. Engine fan removed and a 10” thermo fan added.
DRIVETRAIN: Lightened flywheel with an exedy HD clutch. 4 speed gearbox. New uni joints fitted to tail shaft. Factory 4:11 coupe diff.
BRAKES/SUSPENSION : Maddat disc brake upgrade up front, rear is standard drum with new shoes and cylinders fitted. Rear springs have been re set, new bushes fitted, 1” blocks added and new KYB lowered shocks. Front bump stops have been adjusted to lower the transverse leaf, new KYB lowered shocks fitted. Spacers added to upper control arms to gain 1• negative camber. Datsun 1200 idler arm fitted.
WHEELS: 14x6 +8 Enkei Colin Cross Fevers Professionally polished and painted. Running 165/55/14 Federal tyres (90% tread) INTERIOR: Datsun 120y front seats, re upholstered with head rests removed, new and extra foam added to bolsters. Factory coupe rear seat re upholstered with new foam and small bolsters. New matching door trims. New retractable front seat belts.
