Just arrived - Another Holden arrives at Collectable Classics with this 1969 Holden HK Kingswood. This HK began its life in the production line at Elizabeth Adelaide, where it was fitted with the 3L '186' inline 6 cylinder and 3-speed column shift manual transmission. It was painted a rare Woodsman Green '9857' and received a Bucksin Beige interior '18F'. It was then sold to the family in 1976 by McLeod Limited in Adelaide. Today, the HK remains a very original car. It has retained the original colour combination, and presents very tidy for the age, but certainly not new - it is 56 years old after all! 49 of those years were spent in the same family, who have certainly loved and looked after the car. The HK comes with a file of receipts dating back to 2003, and has even kept the same registration number.
