This vehicle was manufactured for the Metropolitan Fire Brigade in the 1960’s and served as a mobile communications van. It was acquired by Bendigo Gliding Club as a gliding communications and control truck and has been with the club for over 30 years. Affectionately known as the “piecart”, this classic still starts and drives around our airfield without problems. It has done 38,391 miles. The club is looking for $15,000 OBO.
