1974 Cadillac Fleetwood brougham converted professionally to flower car top of the line full house electrics windows / seats etc right hand drive conversion by chapel engineering PRAHRAN at a cost of $15,000 it was my intention to take it to the next stage being a CADILLAC MIRAGE but poor health has stopped that.
