1974 holden belmont panel van

This car is a Second owner Vehicle, Genuine original 130,000Kms on the clock. it was purchased from the original owner in 1995 and had 30,000 kms, on the odometer. In 1999 it was deregistered and prepared for storage, preserved, and put on blocks in a clean dry shed where it has been till a week ago. Whilst in storage, it has had its preservation maintained and reapplied annually and has been started and run every other year. The Belmont is an entry level Panel Van from the factory, it is rare to find a Panel Van that has survived this long without being tortured by tradesman using it as a commercial vehicle or molested by wanna be panel beaters trying to Clone a Sandman. The car has not had a spanner on it. The only non-original items are the wheels, and the exhaust. The original owners Manual and service book are there, they are clean like new. There are a few receipts, but not many, as nothing apart from oil changes has been done to it. There was, on purchase a spot of corrosion on the left-hand corner where the panel top meets the Ute tray as you will see in the photos. This corrosion was dug out and treated. The Panel Van has had a closed door respray by the original owner sometime in the 80s, I believe she was Brown! and is now Artic Blue. Its a straight forward sale, what you see is what you get. No restorations no blueprints or engine builds. it is what it is. Its original and in very good condition. So If you want to add it to your collection or maybe its your first piece of classic Australiana, its nice to see them as they were back in the day, and whoever the 3rd owner is, they will be a happy customer, as cars like this are getting very hard to find.
