I have for sale my 1974 Toyota Celica TA22. It is a 5speed manual with air conditioning. I purchased this car in April 1986 and used it as my every car for 15 years and have owned it for 37 years. I am the 3rd owner and have the previous 2 owners names. I took it off the road in 2001 and stored it. The car has always been garaged. Recently I have cleaned it up and carried out the necessary service to get it back in order. Brakes checked carburettor serviced, motor starts easily and runs well. I have had the car on my hoist and am confident it is rust free apart from two small rust holes in passenger door and some corrosion near battery holder. All mechanicals are good and drives well This is a very original TA22 and would make a great restoration project which I was going to do but decided to downsize instead. The body and panels are very good and straight with no dents or damage. Paintwork is original and Fair. Dash and door trims are ok. All glass is there. There is no console and driver’s seat is very bad. Have not had air conditioner checked. I wish to be’ as honest as I can about this car, and it is a genuine sale as I am downsizing.
