Moving overseas and sadly having to part ways with this absolute beauty. 1979 corvette t-top convertible L82 5.7l V8.
Bought her 18 months ago off previous owner who meticulously fixed her up. Fully engineered to Vic Roads standards and registered on Vic Road plates.
Since buying I have put in a new alternator, transmission kit, fan belts and universals all 4 sides.
Has some minor work required to make her perfect but nothing mechanically. The following needs attention
- minor auto electrical work to get lights on dash and stereo working
- lazy right eye, new actuator
- steering column needs tightening and at same time a look at indicator shift as it doesnt lock down to the left
- could replace break lines at some stage to new ones but not urgent
This car is incredible and drives like a dream. Never have any issues starting her, no overheating, purrs beautifully and a joy to drive.
