1981 Toyota Hiace camper (NSW registration)
This van is a rare gem!
There are very few vans of this vintage which have been so well cared for and in such excellent condition.
For sale is our much loved, metallic green, long wheel base hiace. She has been such a joy to own and travel in but we are keen to head overseas so the time has come to pass her on.
She has only travelled 214656 k’s in her lifetime and is in excellent mechanical condition and has been serviced regularly.
She runs on LPG and petrol so is incredibly economical.
A queen-sized bed has been built into the back, with heaps of storage space underneath. The interior has been restored with vintage furnishings including a beautiful timber cabinet.
The cooling system has just had a complete overhaul with a new radiator and water pump, and the fuel system has also recently been refurbished.
Registration expires in mid April, so if you buy before then you will get her at this discounted price. We have been told that for registration she will need two new tyres and some surface rust repaired. Approximately $800 worth of work to be done.
