I have owned this RHD 5 Speed Manual '83 Trans Am since 2007 and slowly converted into KITT from Knight Rider over the years, getting the special nose, doing the taillight blackouts, tracking down original 15" Rims and hubcaps and also the crowd pleasing red scanner light! It also has the correct interior seats (PMD's) and the bulge hood and a T Top. NOTE:-It still has the original dash, to do a Knight Rider dash is another 10-15K! I have rebuilt the motor, replaced just about all the running gear, new brakes, suspension, rear springs, new braking system throughout, the interior has been reupholstered, carpet, new door trims and rubbers, central looking, immobilizer, new tint, converted the hatch to manual release (due to the blackout of the taillights), put in thermo fans and new radiator, new audio player with Reversing camera, with amp and speakers and recently added switchback daytime driving lights for added safety.
