For sale is my Sylva Phoenix which I originally built and had registered in the UK in 2006 and imported to Australia as a personal import in 2010. It is fully road registered in Victoria and I have insurance through Shannons. The Phoenix was designed by Jeremy Phillips who also designed the Striker, Fury, Stylus, Jester, Mojo, J15 and other well regarded kit cars. I’ve listed the essential specs below. Rego transfer within Victoria should just be a roadworthy (buyers responsibility) I’m selling because I just don’t find the time to drive it and it really should be on the road/track being enjoyed. It weighs about 600kg and puts out about 135+kW. I have just given it as full service and replaced oil, coolant and brake fluid. Oil filter and fuel filter changed and it’s got a brand new battery too. If I was keeping it, I’d change the tyres as they are getting on a bit. Rather than buy tyres I’ve thought it best to leave it to the new owner to select tyres which suit their usage, tyroola have a few options. There are a few small cracks and scratches to the paint but nothing to be concerned about. Along with the car I’ll include: - A couple of boxes of various spares I acquired during the build. - Haynes manuals for both the Vauxhall Astra and Ford Sierra. - A pair of stands which bolt to the engine block, originally from Caterham. - Low-profile aluminium trolley jack - Indoor cover, outdoor full and ‘shower cap’ covers - Anything else I find in the garage that might be useful for the car.
