40th Annual Corowa Swim-In and Ex-Military Vehicle Gathering

This event is the largest gathering of ex-military vehicles in the southern hemisphere. in 2019 we will celebrate the 40th year of this event. The themes will be Year of the Amphibian and Year of the Prototype. People with any type of ex-military vehicle are welcome to attend. This event attracts people from all states and territories of Australia and from overseas. The largest number of vehicles to be registered was 270 in 2018 with the theme being Year of the Land Rover. There were 111 Land Rovers. Themes for future years are: 2020 41st year and 40th anniversary: year of the Motorcycle, 2021 42nd year: year of the Jeep, 2022 43rd year: year of the Heavy metal. We set a program of activities which includes visits to towns around the Federation Shire area and on Saturday 16th March the day commences with a large parade through Corowa at 9am followed by a swap meet at the Corowa Racecourse and Showgrounds
