Following the launch of their ‘EX2’ driving lights earlier in 2023, Narva have added light bars to this range, plus a new multi-colour option under the EX2R label. LIke the existing EX2 products, the new arrivals are designed, engineered and tested in Australia to handle tough conditions.

EX2 driving lights in 4-, 6-, 7- and 9-inch diameter are already available. However, Narva understands that some four-wheel drivers either already have spotlights, or need specific lighting alternatives to suit the set-up of their rig. That’s why they’ve introduced light bars to the EX2 range.

Passing the Bar

Narva’s EX2 LED light bars are available in 10-inch single or double row, 20-inch single or double row and 30-inch single or double row. The sizes on offer suit a variety of applications, from nestled behind bullbars to mounted above your 4x4’s windscreen. For more specific applications, a 3-inch pod light is also available within this range.

Like the EX2 driving lights, Narva’s EX2 light bars feature powerful 5W ‘Cree’ LEDs that deliver an intense hybrid beam pattern, providing strong light penetration and width without dark spots or hot spots.

The 10-inch single row model produces 2,235 effective lumens and 1 Lux at 284m and 1 Lux at a width of 34m. The 30-inch double row bar offers 15,084 effective lumens and 1 Lux at an impressive 724m and 1 Lux at a width of 100m.

Virtually unbreakable polycarbonate lenses, diecast aluminium housing and nylon composite brackets mean these light bars will take a lot of abuse off-road. They’re also waterproof and dustproof to IP68 and IP69K standard. Narva backs this durability with a 7-year warranty.

Two interchangeable, slip-on trims – Electric (blue) and Slate (grey) – are included with each unit. Optional trims include Sunburst (yellow), Volcano (red), Juiced (orange), Hyper (green) and Bubblegum (pink). If those aren’t your style, Stealth (black) trim is also available. All these trim options are available at no extra cost.

Accessories include tube-mount brackets and amber lens covers.

Pricing for the Narva EX2 LED light bars starts at $239.00 RRP for the 10-inch single row bar, climbing to $649.00 RRP for the 30-inch double-row bar. The 3-inch pod light is $165.00 RRP.

Colour your (Off Road) World with EX2R

Both the existing EX2 driving lights and new EX2 light bars can now be optioned to ‘R’ spec, which combines the standard, ADR-approved white driving light with colour options for off-road use.

These ‘EX2R’ lights utilise RGB technology to unlock up to 48 colour selections using variations of the red, green and blue light that combine to make road-legal white light. A 12V RGB Bluetooth Controller Kit makes changing light colours easy via a smartphone app.

The Bluetooth Controller Kit is available separately, or bundled into the EX2R 20-inch and 30-inch double-row light bars, as well as the EX2R 7-inch and 9-inch driving lights.

Colour-changing ability aside, the RGB-enabled EX2R lights are unchanged from the EX2 range in terms of size, spec and performance. They do add a price premium over the EX2, though, of around $50, depending on model. The EX2R 20-inch and 30-inch double-row light bars with the RGB Controller Kit included are priced at $660.00 RRP and $880.00 RRP, respectively.
