Seller's Description
1923 Jewett Phaeton Tourer made by the Paige Motor Company. A typical 1920's American touring car. Powered by a 6 cylinder, 4 litre side valve Lycoming engine it has a conventional battery/coil system. The manual gate change transmission is three speed. Part of the late George Eden's collection it was restored before he brought it in the 1990's. It has only been lightly used since then and was put into storage in 2010. It now has a new battery and has had an oil change enabling it to be driven around the property. It is not currently registered. The interior is in very good condition and there is a full set of side curtains, a rear mounted luggage trunk, and a wooden tool box on the running board. Nicely detailed and finished.
