This 1955 Ford F100 has seen a full and comprehensive custom build. Sitting on a strengthened and boxed original 55 chassis the pickup has the following work done.
Full fibreglass nose and cabin with a mix of steel, alloy and fibreglass tray and wheel arches. Painted in a bright blue metallic paint.
Engine and drive line consist of a new Eagle mild camed 351ci Windsor V8 with 600 cfm 4 barrel carburettor powering a C4 automatic transmission into a leaf sprung ford LTD 8.5 inch diff.
Front suspension is by way of L300, also strengthened and widened for correct fitment. Rack and pinion steering, disc brakes all corners, 17 inch Alloy wheels on 225 front and 255/60 rear tyres.
Cabin wise the pickup has been very nicely fitted out. Bucket style bench 3 seat capacity, A/C, modern sound system, modern electrical system and gauges, custom steering wheel and more. A big factor is the pickup is RHD.
