1955 ford thunderbird convertible

This is an early example of the 1955 Thunderbird, which my father imported to Australia in 2022. The car is an older restoration (having been painted white over its original Thunderbird Blue (turquoise) (Code T) - which can be seen in the engine bay/trunk in the images). The trim has been re-done and is in good condition, finishes in black and white to match the exterior (originally, it was turquoise and white (Code C). The car is a factory manual 3-sp V8, and is fitted with a detachable hardtop and aftermarket wire wheels. New brake pads and a new fuel pump were installed on the car just before it was imported. I have also recently installed a new rebuild kit (seals, needles etc) in the 4-barrel Holley carby, and it runs well. We’ve recently completed a service (new plugs, fluids and a tune). The car runs and drives, and I’ve included a short video of that. The white paint presents reasonably well on the outside, and the body is in good overall condition (no serious rust from what I can see).
