Car 1, Blue and white; has been the subject of refurbishment and a list of work done is below; Remove front clip incl. radiator, bumper, grille, lights. Repair frame at bumper mountings R & L; Rust removal and frame repair R & L below “A” pillar; Remove rear fenders, prep and paint body Clean and rust “killer” inside the fenders and cabin front floor. Rust removal at rear end of sills R & L fabricate curved sill ends and weld in place New door trim panels (cards) made and trimmed in red fabric; Fabricate “Furflex” surrounds to all doors. Boot lid dent repair; “Dent knock” chromed finishers for rear doors and sills Rear spring shackles R & L replaced along with saddle rubbers and bump stop rubbers; Replace shock absorbers. Remove and overhaul front suspension incl rebound stops and trunnions, replace shock absorbers (new); Replace all sway bar bushings; Inspect, clean and refit steering linkages, grease all points; Clean and repack front wheel bearings, replace hub oil seals. Overhaul all wheel cylinders and master cylinder, Replace all brake hoses; Fit new top hose; Fit PCV to engine breather; Dismantle, check, paint and refit starter and generator; Paint fan and pulleys; Replace engine mountings; Repair/replace and secure wiring as required, Replace front courtesy light switches and fit switches for rear doors. Fit centre stop light. Sand and paint all interior window surrounds and dash panel; Check horns and paint. Fit new rubber seals to all doors and boot; Replace all cabin and boot carpeting. Repair accelerator linkage; Fit external sun visor. Fit 4 new whitewall tyres with tubes. This car is registered. New tyres, Original number plates. Car 2, Donor car It remains a restorable project.
