This stunning 1967 Chevrolet Nova 2 Restomod Coupe is powered by a desirable Chev 350 small block, Turbo 350 and Ford 9 inch combination. The fiberglass reverse cowl, custom engine bay panels and lowered stance complete the look of this beautiful car. The fully reconditioned and balanced Vortec 350 block was stripped and hot tanked for a week then bored 30 thou. to suit the Probe forged floating pistons. Scat crank and rods with a Crow 1806 solid camshaft and lifters, Crow roller rockers, pushrods, springs retainers and 10 degree locks. The alloy heads are Proflow and flow 550 hp standard. Clevite 77 race series bearings and plasma rings. ARP bolts. ACL race gaskets with Felpro head gaskets. The intake manifold is an Edelbrock air gap and the induction has been altered since the engine photos to a 750 DP Brawler Black Carby with the full ICE ignition. The cooling is by a PWR aluminium radiator with big CFM Spal fans so it never runs hot in summer and always behaves. The fully reconditioned Turbo 350 transmission has extra clutches fitted in second and top gear and a stage 2 shift kit. New Convertor Shop 3200 RPM convertor. The shortened 9'' diff has 28 spline axles and a 3:55 ratio open centre. The suspension has been fully rebuilt. Rebuilt steering box. The unique 3 piece custom billet wheels were made in the USA. Front are 18x7 with 215/40 R18 Accillies tyres. The rear wheels are 19x10 with a 4'' backspace with 285/30 R19 Durun Tyres. 324 HP Dyno at the rear wheels. The interior has been retrimmed in factory material and the seats were fully reconditioned with new springs and foam. New door trims, floor carpet and roof lining. Custom dash cluster with classic look gauges and GPS speedo.The glass was all replaced with new glass when the car was imported in 2007 and the front windscreen was just replaced with a new one in March this year. The rubber kit was all new except for the rear side window Bailey channel rubbers. All the chrome was replaced with new aftermarket items in 2007 and is still like new.
