RARE and RUST FREE 1967 Ford Falcon V8 powered Sports Coupe for sale. One of only 2,270 originally produced in this year, this car is one of just a handful that still exist! Powered by a #'s matching 289 2v V8 and C4 automatic transmission, this rare survivor retains almost all of it's original factory parts under the hood. From the air cleaner assembly and rebuilt 2v carburettor and all CA emissions equipment.

 A very nice looking car which could be used as weekend cruiser or as a daily driver if one so chose, this particular Sports Coupe has been part of a personal car collection with 40 other rare muscle cars for the last 10 years.

The 289 V8 run's well and has a recently rebuilt 2v carburetor. The engine is #'s matching and has not been altered internally except that the heads have been rebuilt to accept today's Unleaded Fuel, with plenty of receipts included. The engine has been maintained regularly and been rebuilt recently. The Falcon also has dual exhaust with twin tips out the rear that sounds very nice.

The C4 transmission it's a nice healthy feeling trans, not bone jarring but firm and the fluid is clean. 8 ¾ Diff turning the wheels it the typical tough Ford drive train.

The body and paint on the car is very nice the paint is not a show car quality but it’s very presentable condition. The paint would be at least 10yrs old as it has been sitting in a collection for that time. Given this vehicles near flawless rust-free  undercarriage and the current good condition of the paint after 10 years of storage; I’d give the body a rust-free bodo-free tick. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give the paint a 7.5 this only because some poor prep work. The quarter panels, frame rails, shock towers, floor pans, battery tray, trunk floors are all free of any rust. The frame rails are very straight and no dents or dings.

All glass is good including the factory tinted windshield, all the Carline glass still intact. Windows roll up and down just fine and have newer weather-stripping and window felts. The interior of the car is nice and clean. There are no signs of ware & tear in either the carpet or the upholstery which was redone over 10 years ago. The headliner was replaced; the original gauge cluster is nearly perfect just missing some small trim. AM radio works, as does all gauges and interior/ exterior lights.

The door panels are nice as are the all 4 of arm rests. The dash is in top nic and no signs of it's age. Picture perfect original steering wheel with crash pad and working horn. The car does not have A/C but was factory equipped with it given the information obtained from the Marti Report which is included with the sale. The car features factory Power Steering and Power Disc Brakes.

 The original trunk mat is still in the trunk of the car, as well as all spare tire equipment, as well as an original 1967 Falcon Owner’s Manual with original owner writing and notes hand written inside which highlights the type of care the Falcon has received over the years. Wheels are slotted Ansen style slotted Mags which are very clean highly polished chrome there all wrapped in brand new tyres.

This is all original 79,000 mile car given it was in storage for 10 years we have replaced the entire front end suspension with new parts: Upper & Lower Complete Control Arms, Tierod Ends & Adjusters, Pitman Arm, Idler Arm and lowered springs. With the new front end and the power steering it doesn’t feel like you’re driving a 43yo car.

This is an Iconic vehicle that will only appreciate in time and no different to our own legendary muscle cars, just this one's even more rare. Think you can buy a shitty project 66/67 coupe for under 10K and get it to the condition of this vehicle for another 10K tell yourself you’re dreaming. Parts don’t come that easily with rare cars, the 66/67 Falcon coupes are no different. Any inspections welcome at your cost our convenience.
