1969 Ford F500 Shorty Dually Custom Truck Price is being left open to serious enquiries and offers as we haven’t found any previous sales or market to base something like this off of. Central VIC truck all its life, still has original Young Bros - Donald dealer sticker on back window. Truck started out as a long bed that had a hydraulic tipper bin/bed made for it and was restored several years ago. Reconditioned factory FE big block V8 coupled to the factory 5 speed overdrive transmission. Since then it has had the bed removed and had the wheel base shortened 1400mm. Custom wheel adaptors designed, machined and certified for the new 22.5” 10 stud Alcoa wheels with new Hankook 255/70R22.5 tyres. Rear leaf springs removed, heavy duty triangulated four link setup fabricated and installed with billet double adjustable coilovers shocks. New custom tailshaft made, new door and cab rubbers, new windscreen, new mirrors new headlights, new interior, new headliner, new visors, new arm rests, custom leather upholstered bench seat and carpet throughout. Steering wheel and dash painted in 2k black. Custom tray fabricated with modern sequential tail lights and side markers. Timber tray top with custom tubework, railing and one off billet tie down points. Tray painted in 2k satin black with satin black powdercoated checker plate accents. Custom front bumper fabricated to match tray design, power coated satin black. Rust free cab, doors and front sheetmetal resprayed in 2k green Dec last year and has no scratches, dints, etc Truck drives nice, is fun driving around town and the interest and attention it draws is unreal. Also cruiser along at 100km nicely… Have some spare parts that can go with it, original wheels/tyres, headers, etc… Just had major service, all fluids replaced etc. Truck is 100% engineered and registered in VIC with custom F5XX number plates to suit.
