All matching numbers vehicle. Currently Registered on Club Registration. It was Born in Melbourne Australia, shipped to SA in 1969 and was with the same owner for 45 years inland area, this is why the car did not have 1 ounce of rust when it was imported back to Australia.
I purchased the vehicle in 2018 from the person that brought it back in Brisbane.
The car was and has all original Panels, interior, Motor, Auto Transmission, Diff etc, we did not have to source any parts as it was running and complete, (see photo attached in its original condition). It has been Painted in the ORIGINAL matching number colour “Kashmir White” with original Black Stripes as it rolled off the factory floor.
In late 2018 my wife and I decided to restore the vehicle, Every Nut and Bolt from the ground up.
It was stripped to bare metal No Rust was found, not even under the Vinyl black roof which we disliked so we had it removed.
We have all the import documents and we had it complied by an Auto Engineer and Tagged for Australian condition, not that it needed much only the seat belts at the front which anchor to the back side panels to make it comply.
The Restoration was competed in July 2022 and the new engine has only travelled 1500km barely run in and has never seen the rain. We kept the original 308 matching number block but have done some professional and no expense spared mods to give the car a magnificent Tuned 450HP performance and incredible sound.
I have many documents for this car including the Holden Handbook and receipts of registration from the original owner in SA and we have over 150 photos on USB displaying every week of the Resto.
Note the vehicle was an original HT 1969 Monaro and not the SS version which later 1970 the SA adopted as their model with the Twin Headlights and different rear lights.
I have attached 2 photos with the original wheels and also the car was original delivery with the black vinyl roof.
To date the car owes us in excess of $200k.

A break down of the “Works” to the Engine and Drive line, of our HT Monaro;
Paint : rubbed back to bare metal 3 coats of high quality paint lacquer and Ceramic Coating applied.
Interior: All original, we did replace all the door rubbers, Carpets, and sourced the fabric for the seat inserts from the USA which was the original used as per the H10 ID on the Tag which is still on the car.
Wheels .. we have the original restored Monaro Hub caps which will come with the car as well as the period correct Mags with Red walls currently on the vehicle with extra width Tyres for more stability.
Glass.. Front windscreen was replaced all other glass is original in great condition.
Block; Original numbers, 308V8, now Stoked 355 Bored & Honed to 40,000 Zero Decked Torque Plated< New Cam Bearings and machined to suit 355 Stroker.
Crankshaft: 355 Skatt Crank with H Beam Skatt Rods, Keith Black full floating Pistons with fold back Moley Rings.
Blueprinted and Dynamic Balanced.
Hydraulic Rollers Competition Cam.
Race Bearings.
Heads; Edelbrock VN Heads, with Manley Push Rods & Scorpion Roller Rockers 1.65 Ratio 7/16 Studs.
Carby; 750 Holley Double Pumper, with Aircap Intake Manifold.
MSD Ignition System with Power Box.
Auto; 2 speed Power Glide with fully rebuilt Pink Switches and all New Steel Plates.
3 ½ inch High Stall Dominator Converter.
Fuel : Carter - Electric Fuel Pump with ½ inch fuel lines.
Suspension: 2 inch Lowered New Springs on the Front and re-tensioned Original Leaf Springs on the rear makes for a great ride.
Diff: Original 10 Bolt Salisbury – fully rebuilt.
Exhaust; 2 ½ inch Custom Exhaust System with Stainless Steel Extractors.
Starter: CVR High Torque.
