This FJ40 has been kept mostly original (Tyres and Bluetooth) with it's original engine 3.9L petrol, has been restored down to chassis, full respray, I've had this FJ40 looked over by local mechanics that just love it. It has very little rust (all done in restoration 2021) I am selling this car as I have another project. I've had the steering tightened up with the addition of a new drive shaft; - new battery - new brake booster and lines, now handles braking beautifully. - Bluetooth radio / player - fully tuned engine and overhauled the old Holley Carb (runs very nicely) new leads / sparks etc - Has extra back seat (not pictured) fully compliant for 4 persons. - seats recovered - new shocks - Fully functional 4WD - restored to original dash and interior - new roof and lining (during restoration) - new filters, fuel lines and electronic distributor. - new paint (interior and exterior) - always serviced (I have an expert Toyota mechanic in Sydney) You could have this as a daily drive if you wish or take it out just for fun. This car is absolutley mechanically sound. This FJ40 is one of the very few original cars you will find. It's been nicely restored with drive-ability in mind so you can enjoy the real pleasure of driving a car like this, a real piece of motoring history.
