The exterior paint is 80% original with a recent Opticoat ceramic coating and the engine bay has been restored. The SS runs the all matching numbers HT prefixed L31 5 litre V8 fully rebuilt to stock specifications (Receipts for rebuild included). The car still retains its original 4 barrel Rochester carby, heads, inlet manifold with after market Pacemaker extractors (original exhaust manifolds supplied). The M21 gearbox and factory LSD diff are also original to this car and have been reconditioned. This Torana presents and drives as new. Originally sold new through Zupps Motors P/L in Mt. Gravatt, Brisbane, QLD, the SS Torana is now in the hands of the third owner. The SS comes with a letter of verification from Holden Historical Services plus verification of the PSN number being the first allocated to a SS 5 litre Torana. Still in excellent condition throughout, the car has not been molested with flares or bonnet scoops and retains its original chrome and hub caps. The interior is the all original slate black golf ball trim and the car is showing 118,090 Klms from new. All the gauges work and the car comes complete with the much loved and sought after Holden Hatch Hutch with stowage bag that has been signed by Judy McBurney, the model used in the initial Torana Hatch Hutch ad.
