I bought this hatch in 2016. After putting some work into it my partner used it as her daily driver and for work travel for the last 3 years. Considering it's historic value it would be best off being owned by an enthusiast who has time to restore it. Probably better off getting historic plates and joining a club rather than being used as a daily driver REGO : It had a major service in April, got a pink slip and renewed the rego in July this year. About a month later my partner bought a new car which has rego on it, so I de-registered the Honda. I can get a pink slip for buyer BODY : * There are some small dings * Negligible surface rust. No structural rust * Original paint, scratches and chips here and there ENGINE : * Original 1.6L 4 cyl engine TYRES : 4 new tyres July 2019. Barely used as car is now in storage WORK I’VE DONE ON IT outside normal servicing : 2016 – 2nd hand radio/CD/aux stereo and 2 speakers - 2 x new rear shocks, 2 x ball joints, 2 x rear brake pipes 2 x rear brake hoses New muffler New battery New manifold gasket New steering rack boot New clutch master slave cylinder Source and install used headlight/indicator switch 2017 – New rear left wheel bearing New thermostat 2018 – 4 new spark plugs New ignition coil New ignition leads 2019 - New timing belt New timing seals New rocker cover gasket New thermostat (then remembered it had a new one in 2017) REPORT FROM LAST SERVICE (April 2019) before taking off the road : * Front pads 20% worn * Rear shoes 50% worn * Recommend replacing sometime soon both outer steering tie rod boots * Distributor cap and rotor have wear in them * Reason for rattle in front end is incorrect brakes were installed.
