Just arrived - This 1982 Datsun 280zx is a wonderful example and great value for money. The first fuel-injected Datsun sold in Australia, these cars are becoming more desirable as the JDM market rises in popularity. Nissan facelifted the 280ZX in 1982, coined the 'Series II', which included body-coloured bumpers, rubber over-riders, new pinstripe-style taillights, and a new B-pillar garnish. Underneath, rack-and-pinion power steering became standard and the suspension was revised in a vision of comfort. This 2080ZX is an Australian-delivered vehicle run by the 2.8L 'L82E' inline 6-cylinder motor with a 5-speed manual transmission. The car is fit with power windows, power mirrors, air conditioning, and it sits on the original set of 14-inch six-spoke alloys. It was repainted in the original White at some point in its life while the velour red seats remain original. The Targa top is in wonderful and water-tight condition, complete with the sleeves for storage in the boot. Currently owned by a retired mechanic, it has been maintained and serviced by the current owner over the last 5 years of ownership and is a testament to his diligent work.
