Just arrived - This 1998 Holden HSV Commodore VT Manta is a rare and well-kept example. Produced from 1997 to 2000, the VT Commodore was the last Commodore to be powered by a locally made V8 engine. HSV produced six enhanced versions of the VT, including the Manta. Based on the VT SS, there were only 180 Mantas produced, this being number 110, and they came packed with features. This included all-round power disc brakes with ABS, limited slip differential, full immersion body corrosion protection, electric front seats 4-way, rack & pinion power steering, independent rear suspension, ’sport’ suspension tuning package, numbered instrument panel badge, power side mirrors, HSV ’vanity’ pack, 4 spoke leather covered steering wheel, cruise control, and a body kit. All Manta's received the 5L HSV 195kw V8, and this VT was optioned with the HSV 250km/h speedometer and 4-speed 'GM 4L60-E' automatic transmission. It even comes with a HSV tyre pressure gauge, HSV Swiss army knife, and a HSV torch. The current owner purchased the vehicle 6 years ago and has since put in a new radiator, water pump, starter motor, air conditioner compressor, and oxygen sensors.
