Introduced in 1976 the E24 6-Series was a replacement for the E9
Coupe, now one of the more collectable BMW's ever produced, and was the
first generation for BMW's new Grand Tourer. Built and based around the
BMW 5 Series platform the E24 took some styling cues from the E9, but
with a addition of a B Pillar. Production would cease in 1989 for the
E24, with the 6-Series not making a return until the early 2000's.
During the 12 year production time the E24 would see a number of both
minor and major updates, and the 635CSI introduction to the model line
in 1978.


This Australian delivered 633CSI is finished in the rare Golf Yellow and has traveled an indicated 161,898ks. The 633CSi would be suitable for a full restoration or parts and appears to be complete both inside and out. The car has suffered from rust in numerous areas including the roof and the interior is worn but overall decent. We were unable to turnover or start the engine so overall condition is unknown and unable to be tested further.
