Everything works as it should, instruments, dash lights, windscreen washers, heater, all lights, clock that still has original movement, A/M radio.There are no cracks or tears on the interior, it presents very well. The exterior stainless & aluminium trims, including hubcaps are in excellent condition. Factory chalk mark still under hood. Speedo shows a little over 30000 miles, possibly correct. Do the sums, find a ‘63 500 XL in this condition in the US, buy it, pay shipping within the US & then to Australia, hope that it’s what you think it is, wait forever for it to get here, pray that it gets through customs unscathed, then there will be a few extra cost on top of that, add it all up, then add the GST.
