Modified in 1999, plated ref;-260830 LAI-LBI QLD, Transport. R18 petrol motor replaced with diesel reconditioned engine, speedo is not correct as has not been driven much since modified, has reconditioned CELICA 5 speed floor stick gear box done at same time, pressed rims powder coated, Gabriel shocks fitted. Original AAA aluminium 1TON tray ute. has strong bull bar, new tyre guards, new roof lined inside, rest inside all original, my ex moved overseas in 2000 and has been unregistered since 2005, has been started regular and driven on our small acreage, since photo dose need new paint re done and my boys cracked the windscreen, I caught them drifting so stored away in shed mostly, runs very well, very fast cannot get out of first gear on property due to large engine and light 1 ton ute body. Would do up as good show car. Rare to find a 1970 hi-lux ute in this condition. I started some more work on it so it comes unregistered with some new side lights and bits not yet fitted. Engine says ADR30 331 and is now diesel not sure what that means. Also has sides that come with it for the tray, not in photo.
