Just arrived - This 1999 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra is a beautiful rare example of a modern classic Mustang. Designed by Ford's Special Vehicle Team, the 1999 Cobra was the first production Mustang to be fit with independent rear suspension. All 1999 Cobra's were fit with an upgraded 4.6L DOHC V8 engine that was rated at 320hp, and a 5-speed manual transmission. Options included either coupe or convertible models and multiple exterior and interior colours. This 1999 convertible is one of only 16 convertibles that were produced in Rio Red with a white roof and charcoal leather interior, making this a very rare car indeed. It was delivered new at Gwinnet Place Ford in Georgia and made its way into Australia in 2004. It was then converted to right-hand drive and is currently with its third owner. Additional work to the car includes regassing the airconditioning, which now runs nice and cool, the 18`` SSR Wheels machined, and general servicing.
